REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ORDERS
We offer an online prescription ordering service for our registered clients. Please start by clicking where you would like to collect your order below.
We require 48 hours notice to prepare your pet's prescription. If you need it earlier than that please telephone the practice during office hours. Only one month's supply may be given at a time.
To follow the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) guidelines and to comply with the law, your pet must be examined by a vet at least every 6 months.

Written Prescriptions are available from our practice.
You may obtain Prescription Only Medicines, Category V, (POM-V’s) from your veterinary surgeon OR ask for awritten prescription and obtain these medicines from another veterinary surgery or pharmacy. A written prescription is charged at £20.00 per medication.
Our veterinary surgeons may prescribe POM-Vs only for animals under their care.
A prescription may not be appropriate if your animal is an in-patient or immediate treatment is necessary.
You will be informed, on request, of the price of any medicine that may be dispensed for your animal.
The general policy of our practice is to re-assess an animal requiring repeat prescriptions every six months, but this may vary with individual circumstances. To help you comply with the law, we have a reduced charge for a “Prescription check” at £35.00 (a standard consultation fee is normally £44.50).
OUT OF HOURS SERVICES
Our out of hours service is run entirely by the team you see during the working hours. The emergency phone number is exactly the same as the usual number: 01751 472204 or 01439 771166.
Our prices for an out of hours consultation are £150.00, rising to £180.00 between 8pm - 12am and £200 between 12am - 6am.
